Indian Springs

Part time, I am at Indian Springs, a resort and spa in Calistoga, California, a magical, down-to-earth place with an Olympic-sized swimming pool heated with mineral water. Indian Springs is the oldest continually operating thermal pool and spa in California. Notable Californian Sam Brannan, an early promoter of the area, created the original spa, mudbaths, and water plunge in 1861. The current pool and spa were built in 1910 and are well maintained.

I can be booked for a massage there on Mondays. Spa guests have complimentary access to the mineral pool, naturally heated from 90 to 102 degrees, depending on the season.
